Copper Canyon is a quiet Master Planned community located in Murrieta, California. Copper Canyon is located off the 15 freeway at Clinton Keith, and the nearest cross streets are Clinton Keith Road and Calle De Oso Oro. There are two entrances to the community, one being off of Clinton Keith, with the other being off of Washington Street.

Located just below the Santa Rosa Mountains on Murrieta’s West Side, Copper Canyon is a highly sought after community, as there is a low tax rate here and no HOA, which means Copper Canyon homebuyers can get more for their money here than in communities with higher tax rates & HOA dues. Copper Canyon was built out from 1998 – 2001, and it is located close to schools and the Ralphs shopping center located on the corner of Washington Avenue and Calle De Oso Oro.
